True Buddha Foundation Announcement

The Root Lineage Guru, His Holiness Living Buddha Liansheng, Sheng-Yen Lu, in recognition of the diligent cultivation and propagation of the Dharma for the benefit sentient beings by various cultivation venues of our school, has personally inscribed four calligraphic works at the True Buddha Foundation office. These are bestowed as the lofty honors and distinguished recognition for the “2025 True Buddha Outstanding Cultivation Venues” and “2025 True Buddha Excellent Cultivation Venues,” to encourage all True Buddha disciples worldwide to unite in mind and virtue, continue the Buddha’s wisdom-life, and benefit all sentient beings.

The original inscriptions by His Holiness are as follows:
2025 Outstanding Cultivation Venues
“Wondrously Luminous True Buddha Mind,
Widely Propagating Across the Ten Dharma Realms”

“With Great Loving Kindness, Compassion, Joy, and Equanimity,
Widely Delivering the Fourfold Assembly”

Under the supreme compassion, blessings, and earnest teachings of the Guru Buddha, the True Buddha Foundation has continued to promote the “True Buddha Cultivation Venue Excellence Program.” Over the years, this initiative has progressed steadily with remarkable achievements. In 2025, a total of three cultivation venues received the honor of “Outstanding Cultivation Venue,” and thirty-three cultivation venues were recognized as “Excellent Cultivation Venues.” This not only reflects their long-standing dedication to upholding the lineage, diligently practicing the Dharma, and aspiring to benefit sentient beings, but also serves as an important testament to the expanding reach and increasing radiance of the True Buddha School’s Dharma transmission.

Looking back on the past year, more than 200 cultivation venues worldwide actively participated in this program. Disciples across regions demonstrated firm faith, shared aspirations, and unity in action. This reflects deep confidence in the Guru’s teachings and a powerful vow to uphold the lineage and propagate the Vajrayana Dharma. Whether in spiritual practice, organizational development, Dharma propagation, or the quality of guiding sentient beings, all venues showed continuous improvement and courageous advancement. This is truly inspiring and commendable.

Each diligent venue forms a vital foundation for the continuation of the lineage. Every selfless vow represents a powerful force for benefiting beings. The excellence of the awarded venues lies not only in their dedicated operations but also in their adherence to the purity of the lineage, emphasis on genuine practice and realization, and commitment to compassionate service, serving as exemplary models for others to follow.

May all True Buddha cultivation venues uphold the lineage as their lifeblood, safeguard the purity of the Dharma stream, embody compassion as their guiding virtue, and dedicate themselves to leading all beings toward awakening. May we unite to protect the teachings, work together to liberate beings, and spread the True Buddha Vajrayana throughout the ten directions, helping all beings transcend suffering, attain happiness, increase merit and wisdom, and ultimately realize enlightenment and be reborn in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss, the Maha Twin Lotus Ponds.

In accordance with the teachings of His Holiness Living Buddha Liansheng, the True Buddha Foundation hereby presents the following:

• Three original calligraphic works personally inscribed by His Holiness to the 2025 Outstanding Cultivation Venues.
  
• Thirty-three finely reproduced calligraphic works to the 2025 Excellent Cultivation Venues, as commendation and recognition.
