His Holiness Dharma King Living Buddha Lian-sheng Bestowed Acharya Status on Rev. Shi Lianqi (蓮麒)

On Jun. 7, 2022, at the True Buddha Tantric Quarter in Seattle, HH Dharma King Living Buddha Lian-sheng bestowed Acharya status on Rev. Shi Lianqi.

After his ordination, Seattle based Rev. Lianqi undertook his work at the True Buddha Quarter and the True Buddha Foundation (TBF) with great enthusiasm, shouldered responsibility, cultivated diligently, and promoted Dharma affairs. He demonstrated overall excellence in transmitting the True Buddha Tantric Dharma and guiding those with affinity to take refuge in the True Buddha.

Today, due to the ripening of opportunity, HH Living Buddha Lian-sheng bestowed Acharya empowerment on Rev. Shi Lianqi. Grandmaster encouraged Master Lianqi to attain realization, liberate himself from the cycle of birth and death, shoulder Tathagata undertakings, and propagate Dharma to benefit sentient beings. Grandmaster further encouraged Master Lianqi to actively cooperate with the administrative operations of TBF, promote the True Buddha Tantric Dhama, and broadly save sentient beings.
