[True Buddha Foundation Announcement]
On the 11th of May, 2013, during the Amitayus Buddha Puja ceremony celebrating His Holiness 70th Birthday, His Holiness Living Buddha Sheng-yen Lu has confirmed that Xu-Yuan is the reincarnation of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattvas, declared Xu-Yuan as a return Rinpoche! Grand Master has also confirmed that he has born with clairvoyance (天眼); he is able to observe the six domains of sentient beings. He is able to observe karma of 3 lives period of many sentient beings (三世因果). His body has Buddha eye, nose, month and ear. His finger has wisdom eye (智慧眼), his palm has a dharma ship (法船), and will be saving the sentient beings in the future. Grand Master gave him the dharma crown (法冠), and honored him the dharma name of True Buddha School first Rinpoche: Thubten Siddhi Rinpoche (吐登悉地仁波切).
