True Buddha School Sangha Treasure - Reverend Shi Lianjing Has Passed Away
Reverend Shi Lianjing was born in 1938 and ordained in 2009. He served as a resident monk at Sibu Miao Li Tang Association (詩巫妙理雷藏寺) in Malaysia. On February 12, 2025, at 11:00 PM local time, Reverend Shi Lianjing passed away at the age of 87.
We extend our gratitude to The Federation of True Buddha School Malaysia and Sibu Miao Li Tang Association for assisting with the funeral arrangements. The True Buddha Foundation (TBF) will further coordinate the allocation of funeral condolence funds.
Upon receiving the news, TBF immediately sought the blessings and deliverance of the Root Guru for Reverend Shi Lianjing.
We sincerely thank the Root Guru, His Holiness Living Buddha Lian-sheng, for his buddha-light blessings. We also invite everyone’s prayers and dedication of merit to Reverend Lianjing, wishing him a peaceful rebirth in the Pure Land of Maha Twin Lotus Ponds.
