Continues to Care for Impoverished Indigenous Families

On 14th November 2020, a Saturday afternoon, through the arrangement of Rosnah, an officer from the Department of Orang Asli Development, Malaysia (JAKOA), volunteers from Lotus Light Charity Society (Malaysia) - Jin Hai Branch visited the indigenous village Kampung Air Putih Orang Asli in Pasir Gudang District, Johor, and distributed 32 sets of Lotus Light Gift Packs.    

The tribal headman Batin Entel and a Lotus Light representative jointly distributed the assistance supplies to the impoverished families. Suhaimi, the village chief of Kampung Pasir Puteh, in the Pasir Puteh District, also came to witness the distribution event. Village chief Suhaimi thanked Lotus Light Charity Society for often extending a helping hand to Pasir Gudang residents in need of assistance.
