Jing Yin Temple Donates the Second Batch of Medical Masks

        The second batch of 63,000 medical masks, certified by the US FDA and EU CE, arrived at Jing Yin Temple, Scarborough, Canada in early June 2020, and has been distributed to 18 community organizations, including hospitals, churches, mosques, care centers for the elderly, and food banks such as:  

- North York General Hospital

- Congressman Salma Zahid’s Office 

- St. Jude's Wexford 

- Wexford Residence 

- Kennedy Longterm Care 

- Grace Church  

- Dorset Park Hub 

- Scarborough Muslim Association, and others.  

        In May 2020, Jing Yin Temple donated the first batch of medical masks to healthcare personnel in hospitals, and the total number of masks over two batches adds up to more than 110,000.
