Announcement of Medicine King Tara and Zashi Lhamo True Buddha Tantric Dharma Empowerment and Practice

1. Remote Empowerment of Medicine King Tara Mantra Recitation
   It has been six months since the initial transmission of this Tantric Dharma. Following consultation on September 25, 2025, permission to bestow remote empowerment of the Medicine King Tara Mantra Recitation was granted.
   
2. Transmission and Remote Empowerment Guidelines for Zashi Lhamo Practice
   Root Lineage Guru His Holiness Living Buddha Liansheng bestowed the initial transmission and empowerment of the Zashi Lhamo Practice on September 20, 2025. (As announced on June 23, 2025, disciples may apply by personal letter for remote empowerment of the Zashi Lhamo Heart Mantra Recitation.)
   The timeline for remote empowerment of the Zashi Lhamo Practice will be announced at the conclusion of the 2026 True Buddha School Grand Spring Ceremony.
   
3. Special Statement
   According to established regulations, True Buddha School masters who have received empowerment of the Zashi Lhamo Practice from Lineage Root Guru His Holiness Living Buddha Liansheng and intend to preside over a ceremony must adhere to the following guidelines:
   1. Personally cultivate the practice at least 108 times.
      
   2. Complete at least 100,000 recitations of the heart mantra of the principal deity of this practice.
      
   3. Preferably, have already attained spiritual union with the principal deity.
