His Holiness believes that if the major teachings will be presided over or preached by the Root Guru, the disciples should think of ways to participate. Able to participate but choose not to come is committing the crime of negligence.

Living Buddha Lian Shen also teaches that The Root Guru presides over a Major Ceremony, or to pass the new Buddhist teachings is very important, All Masters around the general area should attend the Events and receive the empowerments.

Otherwise, it is said that one ignored, despised Root Guru and Dharma; one should repent. If the Master really has difficulty to attend the above events, he/she should inform the True Buddha Foundation.
