True Buddha Foundation Personnel TBF-PER No. 0014: Revocation of Dharma Assistant Status of Luo Kuntai(羅錕鈦)

As a Dharma Assistant, Luo Kuntai should have been responsible for helping his cultivation venue propagate the True Buddha Tantric Dharma and guide sentient beings on the correct path of Buddhism. However, following investigation, it was determined that Luo Kuntai did not fulfill this responsibility. Instead, he repeatedly assisted persons with heretical views in harming, defrauding, and misguiding sentient beings, and persistently ignored all attempts at counseling. As a result, it has been determined that Luo Kuntai is no longer qualified to hold the position of Dharma Assistant in the True Buddha School (TBS). Therefore, in accordance with rules set out in the TBS By-laws, the True Buddha Foundation has resolved to dismiss Luo Kuntai from the position of Dharma Assistant, and hereby issues public notification as follows:

1. As of March 17, 2021 Luo Kuntai’s status as a TBS Dharma Assistant is revoked and his name has been removed from the list of TBS Dharma Assistants.
   
2. The Dharma Assistant Certificate of Luo Kuntai is hereby cancelled. To avoid confusion about his status, Luo Kuntai is asked to no longer wear the uniform of a TBS Dharma Assistant.
