True Buddha Foundation Notice of Cultivation Venue Renewal Certificate

  1. The current certification period for all True Buddha School (TBS) cultivation venues will expire on September 15, 2020. As the current Covid-19 crisis has resulted in limited postal service in some countries, True Buddha Foundation (TBF) has forwarded a Cultivation Venue Certificate Renewal Form and a Cultivation Venue Status Questionnaire to all cultivation venues via email.
  2. The cultivation venue email address the two forms have been forwarded to is the address registered by the cultivation venue principal in the TBS Online Interactive System for Cultivation Venues at https://tbssupervisorteam.wufoo.com/forms/z1mzw5la1kmmm5y/. Relevant information was emailed to all cultivation venues, local TBS Vajrayana associations and local TBS Vajrayana councils as of Aug. 4.
  3. Cultivation venues that have not received the Cultivation Venue Certificate Renewal Notification should contact the TBF Cultivation Venue Management Team at tbfupdate@gmail.com, their local TBS Vajrayana Association, or local TBS Vajrayana Council as soon as possible.
  4. The Cultivation Venue Certificate Renewal Form and the Cultivation Venue Status Questionnaire will form the basis of TBF’s review and audit of the cultivation venue’s application for a renewal certificate. Following this review, TBF will determine whether the cultivation venue meets required TBS standards for a certificate of renewal. If so, a new Cultivation Venue Certificate will be issued.
  5. The Covid-19 outbreak may delay mailing time. Therefore, we are asking cultivation venue responsible personnel to complete and return the required forms and documents to TBF by mail or to the TBF Cultivation Venue Management Team via email as soon as possible after receiving the notification email. In addition, cultivation venues may also send the forms and documents to the local TBS Vajrayana association, or local TBS Vajrayana council, who will then submit the collected data to the TBF Cultivation Venue Management Team.
