Namo Amitabha! Since Grand Master had transmitted the Uncommon Tantric Dharma of Maha Mayuri Vidyarajni (hereinafter shall be called the Luminous King of Peacock Tantric Dharma Practice), multitude of co-devotees all over the world have already been practicing the Tantric Dharma to beseech the Luminous King of Peacock to have their wishes fulfilled!

The progressive stages of Tantric Dharma of the Luminous King of Peacock Practice are equivalent to that of the Kalachakra Tantric Dharma Practice. Only Grand Master may conduct the dharma ceremony of Luminous King of Peacock and impart the empowerment thereof. Two stipulations have hence been enacted as such:

1.``The Luminous King of Peacock tantric dharma practice`` must be personally transmitted by Grand Master and whereof the empowerment must also be personally bestowed by the Grand Master. In spite of numerous Acharya Masters who have already received the transmission and empowerment of the Luminous King of Peacock via Grand Master, the Lineage Root Guru, they can not, on their own, transmit the tantric dharma or impart the mantra-recital empowerment to co-devotees in place of Grand Master. They are not even permitted to transmit the Luminous King of Peacock Tantric Dharma to laity so that the systematic order of the lineage is not broken.

2.The dharma assembly dedicated to the Luminous King of Peacock can only be hosted by the Root Lineage Guru. The Acharya Masters are not permitted to conduct a dharma assembly dedicated to the Luminous King of Peacock, including the Luminous King of Peacock`s Tsog Offering Practice, the Luminous King of Peacock`s Fire Homa Practice , Group Study of the Luminous King of Peacock and so on.
