In the interest of regards for intellectual property rights and Boddhi enterprises dedicated to managing propagation of Grand Master`s literature and Dharma teachings, Attorney Hui-Fang Chou, as appointed by Grand Master and Acharya Shimu to manage intellectual property rights related matters, had engaged in a conference meeting with the Core Committee of True Buddha Foundation and unanimously arrived at the following decisions pertaining to the intellectual property rights:

(1) Application for authorization to quote or cite from Grand Master`s literary works is restricted to True Buddha School establishments and chapters only; no application on behalf of individuals will be approved.

(2) Procedures for True Buddha School establishments or chapters applying for authorization to quote or cite from Grand Master`s literary works are set forth as follows:

a) Download the form ``Application for authorization to quote or cite from Grand Master`s literary works`` from the website: http://www.tbsn.org/chinese2/fileslist.php?classid=3

b) Fill out all the entries in the form on the computer.

c) Once the form is filled out, send by email to True Buddha Foundation at ``tbsn17110@gmail.com`` and Attorney Hui-Fang Chou at ``jenifer.chou@msa.hinet.net``, simultaneously. The received application form will be carefully reviewed by TBF and the attorney together. The email addresses mentioned herein are strictly for matters and issues related to Grand Master`s intellectual propery rights only; any thing else irrelevant will be ignored.

d) If the application received was incomplete or unacceptable, an acknowledgment reply letter would be sent out from True Buddha Foundation and Attorney Hui-Fang Chou to the party of concern.

e) Upon acceptance of the application, a letter of authorization will be issued by True Buddha Foundation and Attorney Hui-Fang Chou to the establishment or chapter of concern.

Please follow the aforementioned standard procedures as to promote True Buddha School`s Boddhi enterprises.
