On November 3rd and 4th, True Buddha Foundation held a core meeting led by Acharya Master Der-Hui(德輝上師)which was attended by six Departmental Directors, namely Acharya Master Der-Hui(德輝上師), Acharya Master Lian-Ning(蓮寧上師), Acharya Master Lian-Yin(蓮印上師), Acharya Master Lian-Zai(蓮栽上師), Acharya Master Lian-Wang(蓮旺上師) and Acharya Master Lian-Jieh(蓮潔上師), with the exception of Public Relation Director ,Acharya Master Lian-Zheng(蓮僧上師) who called in sick that day; the subjects of discussion were related to the functionality of True Buddha School.

It`s a honor to be able to invite Acharya Master Shimu (師母)and the President of Sheng-Yen Lu Charity Fund Foundation, Dharma Sister Fo-Tsing (盧勝彥佈施基金會總裁佛青師姐)to the meeting to discuss the prospect of joining hands with True Buddha Foundation in instituting a scholarship fund.

Upon reviewing the recorded summary drawn from the meeting held in the month of July, 2009 and the synopses of organizational activities for the month of July, August, September and October this year, for which reference to the crux of the matter was made, each individual department drew up a concise report of which each topic was elaborated on.

The core meeting resolved to coordinate with the schedule of Grand Master`s upcoming New Year Blessing Dharma-Assembly (to be held in Taiwan on February 27, 2010) by consenting to hold the Fifth Session of the Third Term of Acharya Masters` Conference at Taiwan True Buddha Temple on March 1st, 2010, namely ``The Conference Assembly of All Acharya Masters`` and the Fifth Session of the Third Term of Acharya Masters` Conference at Taiwan True Buddha Temple on March 2nd, 2010, namely ``True Buddha Foundation Conference.``

All Acharya Masters are welcomed to proactively participate in the TBFconference meetings and uphold the Grand Master`s Dharma Assembly as well as to confer about duties pertained to the organization.

Records from the September-7th Acharya conference and September-8th TBF meeting were examined, which shall be distributed to all attending Acharya Masters. Thanks to all Acharya Masters for their participation and support.

The Team for Propagation of Grand Master`s Literary Works under TBF is grateful of numerous co-devotees for their efforts and support in the cause of circulating and distributing Grand Master`s books, especially the ``Plan for free distribution of Grand Master’s concise-pocket books`` launched in September 2009. Feedback from the international co-devotees who have supported the endeavor was very propitious. There are eight prototype concise-pocket books thus far that are currently being edited and collated by Dadeng Cultural Company. The books will be massively printed for release to the public by January 2010. Thanks to everybody for enthusiastic participation and support on his or her part. This will enable more sentient beings with favorable affinity to benefit from the dharma teachings of Grand Master. True Buddha Foundation will appoint personnel of Taiwan True Buddha Temple to produce Pali mantras in audio-video effects, as well as True Buddha School ceremonial procedures befitting Grand Master`s teachings, thereby the missionaries can use them as reference material.

At the TBF meeting, these East Asia True Buddha Cultivation Groups that had filed for TBF approval to operate as True Buddha Chapters have passed the preliminary stage of assessment were hence bestowed entitlement. Moreover, in consideration of the completeness of their documentation, their establishments were thus declared as legitimate True Buddha Chapters by unanimous decisions: Malaysia`s Jin-Hai Cultivation Group(馬來西亞金海同修會), Bao-Ming Cultivation Group(馬來西亞寶明同修會), Jing-Jue Cultivation Group(馬來西亞淨覺同修會), Indonesia`s Gwang-Der Cultivation Group(印尼廣德同修會) and Taiwan`s SYC Group(台灣SY同修會). Whereas, Malaysia`s Hwa-Guang Temple (馬來西亞華光精舍)and Ju-Yuan Cultivation Group (聚緣同修道場)have thus far only received entitlement.

In addition, the following applications were approved: (1) Lian-Hwa Hsue-Bao of Malaysia (蓮花雪寶)filed for ordination in monkhood, (2) Lian-Hwa Zhi-Tsing, a Dharma Assistant Instructor (蓮花志慶), filed for transfer from Taiwan`s Bao-Lun Temple to Taiwan`s Da-Yuan Scholar Association, (3) Lian-Hwa Fuen-Tsuen, a Dharma Assistant Instructor (蓮花芬淳助教)filed for transfer from Taiwan`s Chung-Guan Temple to Taiwan`s Lian-Sheng Cultivation Group, and (4) Lian-Hwa Tien-Suo (蓮花天索)of London`s True Buddha Temple filed for voluntary discharge from Dharma Assistant Instructor position because of employment requirement. All of the above applicants shall receive a letter of acknowledgement in the mail.

Numerous proposals were enthusiastically discussed at length. Six Departmental Directors had deliberated and discussed over forty (40) agendas, of which a large percentage has been passed by unanimous resolution during the two consecutive days of intense conference. Thus, the conference meetings have contributed enormously to the True Buddha School`s functionality.
