【TBSN News】 Living Buddha Lian-sheng newly published article - Self-Narrative by Wu Menghua
When I had just taken refuge in the True Buddha School, the first couple I got to know was dharma sister Xu Huifang and dharma brother Liu Jiahao. At that time, they were both well-known examples of serious practitioners.
They lived in the same city as I did. I often ran into them in vegetarian restaurants, and we would occasionally discuss Buddhist teachings.
My feelings about them even led me to find them on Facebook (full of supernatural power and mystery).
I looked up to them and sincerely respected them.
Unfortunately, after a while, I noticed certain changes in their Facebook postings. Their point of view seemed off base, different from the teachings of the True Buddha School.
I began to half-believe and half-doubt them.
At first, when I still admired them, I registered for their ''animal liberation ceremony.'' At the time, they had just started performing the animal liberation ceremony.
Then I dreamed that Grandmaster Lu told me ''The animal liberation ceremony is about sincerity, not the quantity of animals liberated.''
After I woke up I was puzzled by this.
I had thought the way this couple was performing animal liberation ceremonies should be considered a good thing. I did not understand what Grandmaster Lu was trying to say, so I went ahead and registered for the ceremony.
Now I finally understand. Not long after they began performing animal liberation ceremonies, Grandmaster Lu already knew how this was going to develop in the future.
It turned out that they had an ulterior motive that was all about making money. They were insincere, dishonest, and their hearts were not pure.
Someone later noticed from the pictures taken during their animal liberation ceremonies that they had released freshwater crabs into the ocean (the animal liberation became an animal funeral).
Oh dear!
It seemed that my dream of Grandmaster Lu was true.
Since receiving this revelation from Grandmaster Lu in my dream, I have also heard from other dharma brothers that what this couple has been doing is not in accordance with the teachings of the True Buddha School. As a result, I only registered for their ceremony once, and never dared to register for it again.
I am grateful to Grandmaster who helped me reduce my collective karma.
I, Grandmaster Lu, say:
I do not give up on any living beings.
Therefore, among my disciples there are those from all trades, even including gangsters and prostitutes.
One can say that in the True Buddha School disciples are not distinguished as:
Saints or ordinary.
Noble or lowly.
Rich or poor.
Honest or devious.
True or fake practitioners.
·······.
Of course, I hope all my disciples will follow the teachings, observe the laws of their country, obey Buddhist precepts and rules, and carry out the ethics of Vajrayana Buddhism; they should practice diligently under their given circumstances, live in accordance with the dharma and behave rationally,
Under the big umbrella of the True Buddha School many people develop their own circles and there is nothing to be said against this. It happens naturally.
However:
Do not cheat others for money.
Do not lure others for sex.
Do not become prejudiced.
Do not become extremist.
Do not emphasize supernatural powers (staying on the right path is of the most importance) .
