Buddha Mother of Chatral Rinpoche ’ s visit

The hundred-year old Honourable Elder Chatral Rinpoche of Nyingmapa of Tibetan Vajrayana is today’ s highly praised spiritual leader in Nyingmapa. His Buddha Mother, Kamala Lama, came to United States for dharma propagation. She took the opportunity to visit dharma sister Li-li who is the sister of dharma brother Zi-zhu Wang, Public Relations of Taiwan Lei Zang temple at Seattle. Buddha Mother is dharma sister Li-li ’ s foster mother. Master Kamala was born in a Buddhist family. Her father is a famous Terton of Tibetan Vajrayana. Her mother has achievement in Dakini.

Several years ago, dharma brother Zi-zhu Wang led a medical team to Nepal to perform medical checkup for Dharma Lord Dudjom and several Dharma Lords. This created such an opportunity for the meeting of Master Kamala and His Holiness in Seattle in the morning of the seventh of September, 2012. They presented hada to each other and carried on a conversation cordially in simple English.

During the conversation, Living Buddha Lian-sheng invited Master Kamala to the Seattle Lei Zang temple’s Fall ceremony and to visit Taiwan Lei Zang temple. Shi-mu, Master Lian-xiang, gave an overview of Living Buddha Lian-sheng and True Buddha School. John Hoag, translator of Master Kamala, introduced the spiritual leader of Nyingmapa, the hundred-year old Chatral Rinpoche. Living Buddha Lian-sheng talked about his lineage and his refuge masters of the four sects of Tibetan Vajrayana: Nyingmapa, Kagyupa, Gelugpa and Sakyapa. Of which, he took refuge in His Holiness the Sixteenth Dharma King at Upstate, New York; refuge in Deshung Rinpoche of Sakyapa at Bala, Seattle. At that time, Living Buddha Lian-sheng lived in Bala where it was only a few blocks from Deshung Rinpoche’s Sakya Monastery. Master Kamala also talked about her lineage master, Dharma Lord Dudjom. Chatral Rinpoche and His Holiness the Sixteenth Dharma King were good friends. They met each other for a long talk at Rumtek Monastery every three months. When His Holiness the Sixteenth Dharma King entered into nirvana, Chatral Rinpoche helped the four Dharma Kings of Kagyupa in handling the cremation of His Holiness the Sixteenth Dharma King. Chatral Rinpoche and Deshung Rinpoche are from the same hometown. That is why Chatral Rinpoche wanted John Hoag to visit Deshung Rinpoche very often. John Hoag, the translator, is also a Rinpoche. He follows Chatral Rinpoche and also took refuge in His Holiness the Sixteenth Dharma King as well as Deshung Rinpoche. Talking about their own refuge and lineage, they are very happy and feel exceptionally warm and sincere.

After the conversation, Living Buddha Lian-sheng and Master Lian-xiang invited Master Kamala to Seattle Lei Zang temple for dinner. Master Kamala happily accepted the invitation.

Seattle Lei Zang temple prepared a very special meal for Master Kamala. After dinner, Living Buddha Lian-sheng introduced photographs of the lineage ancester of True Buddha School and several Rinpoches who visited Seattle Lei Zang temple. Upon seeing the photo of the Elder Kalu Rinpoche of Kagyupa holding Grand Master ’ s photo, Master Kamala mentioned that she learnt a special Nyingmapa dharma from Kalu Rinpoche. When Kalu Rinpoche entered into nirvana, both Chatral Rinpoche and Kamala Buddha Mother were on his side and guarded him. They also handled the related ceremonies afterwards. Master Lian-xiang introduced Living Buddha Lian-sheng propagating True Buddha Tantric dharma in Seattle for nearly thirty years and also recently the spectacular events of propagating the great Kalachakra dharma around the world. Afterwards, Master Lian-xiang accompanied Kamala Buddha Mother to visit Seattle Lei Zang temple. They visited the shrine, all deities, the office, the material circulation area, etc. in detail.

Buddha Mother Kamala was greatly surprised in True Buddha School ’ s dharma propagation and saving sentient beings. This meeting was a great success. She wished Living Buddha Lian-sheng and Master Lian-xiang good luck, healthy and longevity.
