Dharma King Grandmaster Lian Shen, Sheng Yen Lu taught us: ’A Good ruler protects the laws of the nation. ’ In the greater yoga practice of Vajrayana school, one should not only cultivate his own prosperity, but also help the nation, people and all beings in this Saha World by obtaining true liberation and surpassing the boundary of Samsara. This Supreme Practice is the True Vajra Treasure and great compassionate vow. ’Sixteen spirits protect a sacred city, and Ratnasaṃbhava rescues the earthly world; Supreme Vajra Dharma connects all power and promises to protect waters and mountains of the nation. ’
