Do Not Commit Extortion!!

【TBSN News】Once again H.H. Living Buddha Lian-sheng cautions dharma practitioners to never extort money from sentient beings!

H.H. Living Buddha Lian-sheng presided over a Vairocana Tathagata Homa Ceremony at Taiwan Lei Tsang Temple on December 10, 2016.

In particular, Master Xubai and a reverend made a special trip from North and South Vietnam respectively to attend today's ceremony. H.H. Living Buddha Lian-sheng praised both Master Xubai and the reverend for their efforts to save numerous sentient beings in Vietnam.

Following the homa, H.H. Living Buddha Lian-sheng pointed out three of XX's actions that caused quite a few disciples to be hurt and traumatized by XX:
First, during dharma cultivation, instead of visualizing Grandmaster sitting atop the practitioner's crown, XX requested practitioners visualize XX atop their crown.
Second, XX requested that practitioners sell off family property and relocate to where XX is.
Third, non-compliance to this request would result in members of one's family dying one after another within a year…

With regards to these matters, H.H. Living Buddha Lian-sheng once again reiterated that extorting money from sentient beings is prohibited!
Among those who have sought XX's help with spiritual consultations, one wonders how many have been intimidated and threatened by XX?!

Grandmaster indicated that one of the disciples from Panama had been bullied into selling off his child by XX. The disciple was told that if he failed to do so his entire family would all be dead within five years.

In addition, XX has also threatened the wife of a tycoon in Hong Kong that she would be harmed by her husband if she did not file for a divorce… Consequently, on seeking the guidance of Golden Mother, Grandmaster was told by Golden Mother that such a claim was completely baseless!
Furthermore, Ms. Zhu, Grandmaster's painting teacher merely told Grandmaster four words ''Broken family; wounded soul!''
At that time, Ms. Zhu was threatened by XX that, ''In every single life of your past nine lives, you have made a vow to help me build a temple. But, it was never achieved. Therefore, since this life is your 10th lifetime, you are required to make a donation for the construction of XX's temple. As a consequence, Ms. Zhu sold her house and ended up divorcing her husband…''

Apart from this, a school for netherworld beings was established more than 20 years ago. Grandmaster thus sought the guidance of Golden Mother about its existence to which Golden Mother replied, ''The Emperor's New Clothes!''

Grandmaster further asked, ''Are there Lei Tsang temples in heaven?''
Golden Mother replied, ''Do you think XX is required to build them if all it takes is for me to blow a deep breath and hundreds of Lei Tsang temples will be built in heaven?''

Initially, Grandmaster was going to invite the Gods of the Thunder Division, perform The Grand Luo Tian Ritual of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, and pray to Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva and the Gods of the Thunder Division to immediately eliminate evil spirits.
However, Golden Mother gave instructions, ''It is quite unnecessary for Grandmaster Lu to personally undertake this task. Golden Mother only needs to use a small sack to keep all these evil spirits. The evil spirits will then be handed over to the Wheel-turning Sage King to enter the cycle of rebirth according to their karmic retributions!''

The three key points of cultivation from today's ceremony with Vairocana Tathagata as the principal deity are:
All-pervasive universal illumination
All-pervasive universal wisdom
Elimination of all mental afflictions and worries arising from one's karma
「Om。bie-zha-da-du。fan。」is Vairocana Tathagata's mantra in the Vajradhatu Realm. It means Vairocana Tathagata is the one who possesses the greatest wisdom in the universe.

In the Garbadhatu Realm, Vairocana Tathagata's mantra is「Ah。e。la。hum。kan。 」 meaning earth, water, fire, wind, and void. Human beings originated from the Garbadhatu Realm, and are therefore formed from earth, water, fire, wind, and void. Furthermore, Vairocana Tathagata is the personal deity of Master Kukai Kobo-Daishi from Japan.

Today, with H.H. Living Lian-sheng's vow of not abandoning a single sentient being, it is hoped that in repentance, there is salvation for XX. As the saying goes, as one lays down one's slaughtering knife, one instantly becomes a buddha. There is instant rehabilitation as soon as a wrongdoer gives up evil.

In the past, H.H. Living Buddha Lian-sheng repeatedly warned his disciples to take a good look within True Buddha School to see ''who is the wealthiest'' and ''who is territorial driven?''

After all, the 16th Dharma King Karmapa defined a bad and immoral master as someone who craves for fame and fortune…
When meeting people, XX carries out extortions and constantly tells people to ''get back into line.'' May I ask what line is this? You have tricked people into joining your own organization…
Using the doctrine of the ''Three Times' cause and effect'' to deceive others, you have lied to people claiming that they were once your children or your disciples in their past lives…
Think about who you have taken refuge in?!

In the organization of XX, all the reverends call her ''Mommy'' because XX has been using the Three Times' cause and effect to deceive others!
Following this, H.H. Ling Buddha Lian-sheng continued with the teaching of ''Lamdre.'' Using the elements of earth, water, fire, wind, and void in cultivation, the human body is converted into an all-encompassing body of the tathagata.

Sometimes, one's ''courage'' is derived from one's shortcomings. Nevertheless, one is able to make up for one's own shortcomings through diligent cultivation.

Ultimately, there is always room for redemption. Don't be so extreme. You will be saved as long as you turn around. Do not insist on your wrong-doings. As one lays down one's slaughtering knife, one instantly becomes a buddha. There is instant rehabilitation as soon as a wrongdoer gives up evil.

''Padmakumara'' is a lotus bodhisattva. With a pure and innocent heart, a Padmakumara brings benefits to sentient beings, and will never intimidate sentient beings.
I am not a sage and neither am I flawless. However, I have a pure and innocent heart.

Using the ''vajra bell'' as an analogy, H.H. demonstrated that the embodied nature of a vajra bell is the vajra bell. The bell's self-nature is ''copper'' which is the ''buddha nature,'' and the bell's ''aptitude'' lies in the ''ringing'' sound it makes. We can apply the same figure of speech of the vajra bell to a human.

The Eighteen Fields: The six sense organs, eye, ear, nose, tongue, body, mind; six sense objects, color/form, sound, smells, tastes, touch, dharmas; and six sense consciousnesses, the perceptions and the discriminative ability of the eyes, ear, nose, tongue, body, and mind.
We aim to benefit ourselves and others in pursuit of buddhahood. While bringing benefit to others one is rendered a bodhisattva, benefiting only oneself renders one an arhat.

In his concluding remarks, Grandmaster encouraged everyone to be aware of and reflect on one's shortcomings. Subsequently, one should also take corrective actions. Only then has one become accomplished in one's cultivation.
