His Holiness Dharma King Lian-sheng discoursed that Tiger Head Vajra is the wealth mascot for the lunar 2022 Year of the Tiger. This deity brings good fortune and suppresses infliction. When the Year of the Tiger arrives, one should place either Tiger Head Vajra or an apricot yellow flag of Tiger Head Vajra in one’s household wealth corner. The benefit of this practice is: first, because Tiger Head Vajra is standing guard, no infliction can enter one’s home; second, Tiger Head Vajra will bring the Seven Treasures and Eight Auspicious Symbols to your home. For these reasons,Tiger Head Vajra has been designated mascot of the Year of the Tiger. Enshrining a statue of Tiger Head Vajra in the wealth corner of one’s home will be even more powerful.

One may place either Tiger Head Vajra or a triangular yellow flag inscribed with "Tiger Head Vajra is in town" in the wealth corner of one’s home. As a result, one will accumulate wealth and suppress infliction.

The five directions of Taoism are: Donghua Dijun is in the east; Jade Pond Golden Mother, west; fire is in the south; Shui De, north; and Huang Lao, center. As for the animals corresponding to these directions, the east belongs to the azure dragon and the west belongs to the white tiger. Tiger Head Vajra is therefore the nature of Jade Pond Golden Mother. In addition, Jade Pond Golden Mother is in charge of the five plague gods, Tiger Head Vajra is therefore able to subdue plagues and viruses. The 2022 Year of the Tiger mascot can attract wealth, suppress infliction, and protect one from harm!
