On November 10, 2007, after the Regular Saturday Group cultivation at the Redmond Temple, HH Grandmaster and many disciples were walking back to Office of True Buddha Foundation (真佛密苑), many students realized through watching the ceremony broadcasted in the internet that they cannot practice the Kalachakra True Vajrakila Tantric Dharma because many have commit many mistakes and broke many percepts. And many students plead with HH Grandmaster to give one more time the empowerment of the Kalachakra True Vajrakila Tantric Dharma to remove the faulty mistakes. Because in order to give direct empowerment the Kalachakra True Vajrakila Tantric Dharma (時輪金剛真實金剛橛秘密大法), HH Grandmaster needs to preside over the Kalachakra Homa Ceremony; therefore The most Compassionate HH Grandmaster, sympathizing with and honoring the request of all the repentance heart and sincere wishes of the students, decided at that moment to preside over the Kalachakra Homa Ceremony at Rainbow Villa and will give direct empowerment for the fourth time the Kalachakra True Vajrakila Tantric Dharma (時輪金剛真實金剛橛秘密大法) on the next weekend (November 18, 2007).
