“Om, be-zha, ye-she-tsog-yal, beh-ma, seh, so-ha,” or
“Om, be-zha, ye-she-tsog-yal, beh-ma-sid-dhi, hum.”
Any mantra above is acceptable.
【Yeshe Tsogyal Dharmalakṣaṇa Brief Introduction】
Yeshe Tsogyal is red and has one face and two arms. Her right hand is rocking a damaru. Her left arm embraces a khatvanga while the left hand holds a skull cup filled with nectar. She is in full-lotus position and adorned with bone ornaments. She looks youthful, glorious and radiant.

The first Buddha Mother in Tibet was Yeshe Tsogyal. In her past lifetimes, Yeshe Tsogyal was the Goddess Ganga during the Shakyamuni era, Sadaprarudita, Saraswati, White Tara, and primarily, Machig Labdrön, a consort or Buddha Mother of Padmasambhava. Padmasambhava was the first patriarch of Tibetan Vajrayana. When Padmasambhava was in Tibet, Yeshe Tsogyal was his first consort (Buddha Mother). You might say Yeshe Tsogyal was first among all the Buddha Mothers.
Today, I will reveal a key point. From the time Yeshe Tsogyal became a Buddha Mother, Padmasambhava’s consort, and began learning Buddhadharma, his most important teaching was, of course, the Great Perfection. What is the lineage of the Great Perfection? This practice is the Nyingma school’s nine-stages practice. The first three stages, which belong to Sutrayana, are the shravaka, pratyekabuddha, and bodhisattva. The next three stages are Action [Kriya] Tantra, Performance [Charya] Tantra, and Yoga Tantra, which are the first three esoteric practices in Vajrayana. The next three stages are Mahayoga, Anuyoga, and Atiyoga. Together, these are the nine-stages of practice. These stages are all included in the Great Perfection, and are the primary dharma transmitted to Yeshe Tsogyal from Padmasambhava.
The True Buddha School (TBS) has in our possession two sacred relics of Yeshe Tsogyal, her footprint and sariras.
The Nyingma school has many termas [hidden dharma treasures] left by Yeshe Tsogyal and her disciples. She was a Buddha Mother, and also a guru with many disciples. Her last words were similar to the last words of Padmasambhava; she would never die, and that if she were invoked according to the ritual, she would appear in front of everyone.

This discourse unveiled from the terma in Grandmaster’s brain will be an extraordinarily important key cultivation formula discourse. It will be extremely enlightening and helpful for disciples’ cultivation.
The first dharma teaching: sustenance.
The prime choice of sustenance is air.
Other sustenance, such as meat, vegetables, dairy, beans, eggs, and fish are secondary.
Take plants, minerals, and nectar as medicine.
Attention: Air must be fresh.
Polluted air is harmful, not beneficial.
The second teaching: clothing.
Inner fire should be the primary clothing.
Other clothing should be thin and loose, even going naked.
Cultivate Dharma protector practices and wear bone ornaments.
Attention: Breath is of greatest importance when cultivating inner fire.
Upon successful accomplishment of the practice, one will have no fear of very cold or very hot weather.
The third teaching: habitation.
Select a location with efficacious earth energy.
One should live in a holy place with great spiritual energy.
A location with efficacious earth energy, concentrated energy, environment, water god, and direction (magnetic direction). One may reside in a cave, in a thatched shed, in a small house, or under a tree.
Attention: do not reside in a place with diminished energy.
The fourth teaching: transportation.
Opening one’s channels is the key factor.
One opens one’s channels by making full prostrations, sutra walking, and playing Vajra Fist.Consort Practice also opens one’s channels.
Attention: Exercise is a must. Eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and body each have their own exercise.
The fifth teaching: body.
The Seven-featured Vairocana Posture is the primary position.
Tranquility is most important.
Enter samadhi (meditation).
The sixth teaching: speech.
Reciting the buddha name is most important. Reciting mantras and performing sadhanas are also most important. One must not engage in useless conversation, gossip, or nonsense.
The seventh teaching: mind.
Generate great bliss, radiant light, and empty nature.
Take the purity of the Buddha as one’s main guideline and use wisdom and expediency to protect the world.
Samadhi is of utmost importance.
The eighth teaching: Compassion.
Benefiting others is primary.
Practice the Four Immeasurable Vows, love one’s enemies, and cherish others above oneself.
One accomplishes the fruition of a bodhisattva or buddha in this way. (Realize it.)
