For this unique Mid-Autumn Festival
Let’s make a wish
The Bright Moons of a Thousand Vessels Shine on Sentient Beings
In the past, during the Tang Dynasty, the Japanese monk Jinglong traveled to China to seek Buddhist scriptures and learn Buddhism. After Jinglong attained accomplishment and was ready to embark on a journey home, Weizhuang wrote this poem in his honor:
“Fusang is already beyond the horizon
Home is even further east of Fusang
Who is keeping you company on this long journey
The boat, the bright moon, smooth sailing all the way home”
Every night for the past three years, Living Buddha Lian-sheng has been performing bardo deliverance by thousands of Dharma vessels for spirits that have died of the coronavirus, deceased True Buddha School (TBS) disciples, and other spirits.
Grandmaster is never alone. TBS disciples are ready to convoy the Dharma vessels by chanting the Padmakumara Mantra 1080 times, transforming it into a pure, bright moon over a vessel so that the radiance of the moons of the thousand vessels and the light of Amitabha Buddha shine over the sentient beings!

Starting from this Mid-Autumn Festival, let us make offerings to Grandmaster with the moonlight of a thousand vessels. Together with Amitabha Buddha, let’s transform every recitation of 1,080 Padmakumara mantras into a bright moon shining over Grandmaster’s thousands of Dharma vessels!
