Dharma King Living Buddha Liansheng transmits the Lunar New Year Wealth God Welcoming Method.
In the Year of Bingwu 2026, welcome the wealth god to your home.

[Correction Notice] The direction of the wealth god for the Year of Bingwu is Southeast.
May your 2026 gallop forth with the horse, overflowing with wealth, enriched with blessings and wisdom, and perfectly auspicious in every endeavor.

1. Preparations – Auspicious Tokens：
   ◎ Red Treasure Bowl: Symbolizes gathering wealth and receiving blessings, signifying abundant financial resources and the convergence of good fortune.
   ◎ Auspicious Grass: As the zodiac animal of the Bingwu Year is the Horse, which relies on grass for sustenance, auspicious grass is specially prepared to represent smooth progress, peace, and all-around good fortune.
   ◎ Wealth God Plaque (Wealth God Seed Syllable "" (Jum)): Through the blessings of the True Buddha lineage’s Wealth God, it activates wealth energy and enhances wisdom and prosperity.
   ◎ A Pair of Red Horses (Stallion and Mare): Red horses symbolize joy and vitality. The male–female pair represents “unceasing continuity,” signifying enduring blessings and endless good luck.
   
   
2. Important Revision on the Wealth God Welcoming Direction:
   On January 12, 2026, Guru Buddha personally instructed that the direction for welcoming the Wealth God in the 2026 Bingwu Fire Horse Year must be adjusted.
   Although the Farmer’s Almanac records great benefit in the East and West, and lesser benefit in the South, the East corresponds to Wood, which generates Fire, while the South corresponds to Fire, resulting in fire upon fire. In the Bingwu Fire Horse Year, when fire energy is already strong and the world situation is unsettled and turbulent, following the above directions may make it difficult to obtain the greatest benefit.
   Therefore, in accordance with Guru Buddha’s instruction, the correct direction for welcoming the Wealth God in the 2026 Bingwu Year is uniformly revised to “Southeast.” This is to embody the harmonization of Wood and Fire, continuous generation, and the symbolism of stable wealth and blessings.
   This announcement is hereby issued. All temples and fellow disciples please follow this revised directive accordingly.
   (Note: The original 2026 Lunar New Year Wealth God Welcoming Announcement No. 010 is hereby annulled.)
   
   
3. Time Period to Invite the Wealth Deity (Lunar Calendar): (Choose one of the following days and times to perform the practice)
   2nd or 16th day of the first lunar month
   
   • 2nd day of the first lunar month: February 18, 2026 (Wednesday), 7:00-9:00 AM
     
   • 16th day of the first lunar month: March 4, 2026 (Wednesday), 7:00-9:00 AM
     
   • Or the next “Man (滿)" Day thereafter. It is best to complete the ritual in the first lunar month.
   
   
4. Performing the Practice:
   While holding the Bingwu Year Wealth God Token with both hands, take a step out from the front door of your residence. Face southeast, take eight steps, then recite, “Wealth God, please come into my home!” three times.
   In this way, one picks up the wealth god of the Bingwu Year and brings the deity home. Take the treasure bowl back inside your residence and place it in the wealth corner. This concludes the practice.
