On Jan. 18, 2024, HH Living Buddha Lian-sheng provided special instructions as follows:

1. According to instructions from Seven-eyed Buddha Mother (White Tara), the principal deity of the 2024 Grand Spring Ceremony in Seattle, participants who are able to attend the ceremony in person all have great affinity with the Secret Heavenly Eyes Practice of the Seven-Eyed Buddha Mother. She therefore invited His Holiness to bestow the Very Secret Clairvoyance Talisman to every ceremony attendee and publicly explain the secret mark of the talisman and how to use it.
   
2. Only a talisman personally blessed by His Holiness is effective.
   
3. Only ceremony attendees have affinity with a blessed talisman, that is, the talisman will not be effective if transferred to a person who didn’t attend the ceremony.
   
4. If someone is unable to attend the ceremony due to personal issues, His Holiness has made an exception allowing the organizer to mail the blessed talisman to such non-attendee with the condition that this non-attendee has registered as a primary supplicant for the 2024 Grand Spring Ceremony organized by Seattle Ling Shen Ching Tze Temple (LSCTT).
