Announcing True Buddha Buddhist Hymning Global Workshop Tour Second Stop: Taiwan - Will Soon Commence！ 】


Using pure Buddhist hymning to cultivate meditation and wisdom, save sentient beings, and carry out Buddhist activities is one of the sacred missions of the True Buddha School (TBS).

The second stop of True Buddha Buddhist Hymning Global Workshop Tour will soon commence in Taiwan！The first workshop will be held in the central region in September. The second workshop will be held in the northern region in October.

Taiwan cultivation venues please note:
Those cultivation venues who have not yet registered their top two personnel for the True Buddha Buddhist Hymning Workshop should take this final opportunity to register. The registration deadline is Aug. 31. Workshop participants must self prepare a highlighter and the following Dharma instruments: a singing bowl, an inkin bell, and a wooden fish.

[＊We are asking cultivation venues to first register Dharma propagating personnel for the workshop. In addition, to receive the full benefit of the workshop training program, participants should plan on attending every day of the four-day workshop. We cannot accommodate participants who do not plan on attending the entire workshop.]

⇨ An email requesting confirmation of workshop participation will be sent to cultivation venues who completed online registration for the workshop between November, 2019-February, 2020. If you registered during this time period, please check if you have received such a confirmation request email from the Education Department.

    Workshop time: 1:30 PM - 8:30 PM
    Note: Participants are encouraged to stay overnight at the temple to ensure they have time for individual practice following class on Saturday and to enjoy a quiet environment without the inconvenience of transportation issues. Staying overnight will also make it more convenient to attend following day classes at the temple.

    2. Content: Basic Buddhist hymning (please refer to course outline.)

    3. Performance evaluation: There will be a performance evaluation on the last day of the workshop. Participants who pass the evaluation will receive a certificate and are eligible to register for advanced Buddhist hymning workshops, such as repentance ceremony hymning.
    4. Target participants: two highly qualified personnel per cultivation venue.
