Seattle is a quiet, relaxing, and spiritual environment surrounded by lofty pine and cypress trees. When deeply inhaling the the pure phytoncides of the clean forest air one feels fully refreshed and energized. This environment makes Seattle an ideal place for rest and recuperation.

A few days of rest and recuperation have reinvigorated Grandmaster's spirit. Today, following lunch and dinner, Grandmaster and Shimu went up to the temple to pay their respects to the buddhas. The buddhas and bodhisattvas had indicated to Grandmaster that he should burn some joss paper to remove adversities. Therefore, Grandmaster and Shimu got some joss paper and burned it in the outdoor burners near the temple. While burning the joss paper, Grandmaster was reciting the ''Six Periods of the Day Mantra'' of the ''Heavenly Book of the Six Periods of the Day'' to bless all adversities to be eradicated and tend towards auspiciousness and good health.

Today Grandmaster received a spontaneous spiritual message instructing him to specially teach a certain disciple how to help his child resolve and avoid a disaster when the day of the upcoming misfortune arrives. At every moment Grandmaster's heart connects to the suffering and difficulties of sentient beings, and at every moment, as soon as he hears of their suffering, Grandmaster tries to relieve it. The light in Grandmaster's heart will always be there to help sentient beings and guide sentient beings toward a bright path.

It has been long time since Grandmaster last played the Shaolin Staff and Vajra Fist!! Today, Grandmaster was in an exuberant mood and once again performed an exhibition of his majestic Shaolin Staff technique. their praise. Shimu rushed back to the house to get a stereo to play kung fu music as an accompaniment to Grandmaster's playing his Vajra Fist. It looks like Grandmaster will regain his past powers in just a few more days.

Seeing Grandmaster regaining his physical strength and capabilities daily, and the smile on Grandmaster's face getting deeper day by day, we believe that in their hearts, all TBS disciples are infinitely grateful. We thank the buddhas and bodhisattvas for helping Grandmaster get safely through this crisis. It is because of this incident that we are able to truly see Grandmaster's ''soft and gentle heart'' of exchanging self with others and ''unbearable tears.'' Such a true and authentic nature is unique and incomparable.
