Call for Performance Submissions from Global True Buddha Cultivation Venues
To all principals of True Buddha Cultivation Venues worldwide:
Recently, His Holiness took nearly a month to rest and recuperate. With the united prayers of disciples worldwide to the compassionate Golden Mother of the Jade Pond, His Holiness has safely returned to Seattle and is gradually resuming daily Dharma affairs.
In this time of gratitude and joy, coinciding with His Holiness Dharma King Living Buddha Liansheng’s 82nd Birthday, we sincerely invite disciples from True Buddha cultivation venues around the world to offer their heartfelt devotion through song, dance, and other carefully prepared performances in honor of our Root Guru.
The birthday performances are not only a celebration of His Holiness’s birthday but also an important opportunity for disciples to offer sincere devotion, beseech Guru Buddha to remain in the world. We encourage each venue to rehearse carefully and present their performances with solemnity, offering the most sincere tribute to wish His Holiness good health, longevity, the uninterrupted turning of the Dharma wheel, and the wide liberation of all beings.

Performance Guidelines
We welcome diverse types of performances from all venues, including:
To create a more complete and impressive celebration, venues are encouraged to plan and rehearse their programs carefully. Group performances will be prioritized, though distinctive individual or professional acts are also welcome.
Program Selection and Scheduling
Due to limited time for the birthday celebration, the Main Hall performance program at Ling Shen Ching Tze Temple is expected to include approximately 10 performances. To ensure the overall program is well-coordinated and engaging, all submissions will be reviewed and arranged by the organizers in three phases:
Phase 1 – Program Registration:
All venues must submit their program registrations by April 30, 2026. Organizers will compile all entries for review.
Phase 2 – Rehearsal Video Submission:
Registered temples must submit a rehearsal video of their program by May 31, 2026. These videos will be used for preliminary selection and program arrangement.
Phase 3 – On-Site Rehearsal and Program Confirmation:
From June 29 to July 1, 2026, organizers will conduct on-site rehearsals and finalize program arrangements based on stage presentation and overall event flow.
After evaluation:
Venues are encouraged to prepare performances thoughtfully and rehearsed, ensuring each program is both solemn and artistically accomplished.
