The 1st Prayer for Guru Buddha’s Birthday Celebration
—— Dual Celebration of Grandmaster’s 80th Birthday and 300 Literary Works Series Announcement 4

The 80th birthday of our compassionate Buddha Father, Living Buddha Lian-sheng, is fast approaching. On Grandmaster’s birthday (Sunday, June 23rd), a Namo Primordial Golden Mother of the Jade Pond Homa Ceremony will be held at Rainbow Temple. We are asking all True Buddha disciples, whether primary supplicants, benefactors, or regular participants, to write the following in the first section of the ceremony registration form:

"With wholehearted prayer, we beseech the principal deity of the homa, Namo Primordial Golden Mother of the Jade Pond, to emit light and bestow blessings, dedicating the merit to our Root Guru, Living Buddha Lian-sheng, for a happy 80th birthday, good health, long life, non-hindrance, staying long in this world, and perpetual turning of the Dharma wheel. May Guru Buddha remain in this world for a very, very long time!"

Grandmaster teaches that when our prayers are united into a collective power, our aspirations can be achieved. Let’s collectively offer our heartfelt prayers to our great compassionate Father!

True Buddha disciples participating in the celebration please dress formally. You may dress in clothing from whatever dynasty, country, ethnic group, or nationality you choose.

Each disciple should come prepared with a rose and a copy of one of Grandmaster’s books (if possible, each disciple should bring a different book).

Couplet Exhibition: Each cultivation venue can create a banner with a blessing couplet for the Guru Buddha. During the event, disciples from participating cultivation venues will be invited to loudly recite their couplet. Video footage of the event will be recorded and edited into a highlight reel.
