Etiquette of Life, the 5th Course of True Buddha School Online University, will be officially launched on March 1. Master Lianfei, who has an extensive background in Buddhism, has been invited to teach Lesson 1, An Overview of Etiquette of Life in Red and White Events, of Chapter 1, Red Events.

Every person in this world will experience the four stages of birth, old age, illness, and death. Etiquette of Life reviews the rituals and customs particular to different stages of life.
Concerning Red Events, there will be a detailed discussion of joyous occasions, such as marriage, and other important milestones such as cesarean delivery, household relocation, and starting a business. The emphasis will be on ceremonies, rituals, and the selection of auspicious times and dates.

White Events concern coming to grips with death, what a dying person must know, what the deceased's loved ones need to recognize, and guidance concerning mantra recitation, funeral ceremonies, etc. Students are welcome to join the class to learn more about these subjects.
