True Buddha Education is taking off again, with courses for seed teachers entering the stage of "practical lecture training."
Content of practical training:
Will commence with basic practices from the Introductory Manual. Once familiar and stable, trainees can choose preferred teaching topics in which they are expert.
A WhatsApp group for seed teachers will be established to facilitate interaction, coaching, and screening.
Training will be videotaped multiple times. Through the videos, expert instructors will provide feedback to trainees and guidance for continuous improvement.
Trainees will conduct teaching internships in local chapters, upload the classes online, and receive guidance from expert instructors.
Teaching qualification assessment:
To emulate a graduation thesis defense, the trainees will teach a class which will be reviewed by four expert instructors on-site. Those who pass the assessment will be awarded a True Buddha Seed Teacher Certificate.
After passing the practical training and qualification assessment, True Buddha Seed teachers will be assigned to teach online classes via Zoom and physical classes for True Buddha disciples around the world.
