In mid-August 2020, Lotus Light Charity Society (Malaysia)- Jin Hai Branch, with the assistance and leadership of former village chief, Dr. Wu Tian Fa and his wife, distributed Lotus Light Gift Packs to 60 disadvantaged households in Pekan Nanas, Johor, Malaysia, to relieve them of the pressures of daily life. Beneficiaries include the elderly, elderly people living alone, the disabled, the mentally handicapped, families suffering from illness, single-parent families and poor families.  

In addition, on the afternoon of 17^th August, Lotus Light Charity Society (Malaysia) and Princess Iskandar Charity Foundation also gave out Lotus Light Gift Packs to residents staying at Taman Ungku Tun Aminah in Skudai, Johor.   

Lotus Light Charity Society (Malaysia) is very grateful to Dr. Wu Tian Fa for his contribution and the Federation of True Buddha School Malaysia for their donation of items in the assistance packs, helping to spread kindness everywhere.
